Tom O’Neill - Vice President of Marketing

Prior to joining Gateway Realty, Tom O’Neill held positions across the country in various faucets of the commercial real estate industry. On the development side, Mr. O’Neill was the Vice President of Land Acquisitions for one of the premier retail and land developers in the Southwestern United States. While performing general commercial real estate brokerage, Mr. O’Neill focused on retail development and leasing as well as residential land opportunities, Mr. O’Neill has real estate licenses in both Nevada and North Carolina and holds a B.S. in Information Systems and Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
